Luke went to sleep and never woke up. He is asleep forever in his George Pig jammies, and Thomas dressing gown, with his Thomas slipper socks and George pig slippers. He has his precious 'red hat' and his favourite toys and books. He has a gift from mummy and a gift from daddy, and a little part of them in his hand. He has mummy's necklace, the one he played with, and her ring she wore as a little girl. His friends drew him pictures, and he has these too. He is asleep in a Thomas the tank engine 'bed', and when we said goodnight forever, Thomas said. ' Welcome to the island of Sodor'. I hope heaven is filled with Thomas and his friends, Luke so that it is the perfect place for you. Look out for me one day, darling and we will play together again. Night night, sleep tightxxx
